Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that seeders can not be returned once they are used. All seed purchases are final. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return a qualifying item, please submit a return request in your account. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If your package does not arrive please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. 

If you package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of your package arrival date. 


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the World. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Due to import restrictions seeds can only be shipped to Canadian destinations not world-wide.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Due to the nature of our products, lead time before an order is shipped may be up to 3-4 weeks. 

Note: If you select the Small Packet Air service, this method is not tracked. We assume no responsibility if that item does not arrive using this method, as we are unable to claim any losses.
